Our Return and Refund Policy forms part of and must be read in conjunction with, the website Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to change this Return and Refund Policy at any time.

Before returning any items to Vape Heaven, customers need to contact customer care at: [email protected] customer care will provide a return authorization code & address, any items returned without an authorization code will not be refunded. Please note our Registered Office is different from our warehouse address where orders are dispatched from. Items that are sent to the incorrect address will not be refunded.
1) If a customer would like to return an item, customers are required to return the goods unused and in their original packaging within 30 days of receipt. The return of any item or items will be at the customer’s expense. Please get proof of postage, please retain this until the refund is issued. Once Items have been received, they will be inspected. If items are in their original condition with relevant packaging a full refund will be given minus postage. Refunds can take up to 5 working days after the item/items are received back to be processed.
2) If item/items are faulty, Vape Heaven will require photographic evidence, if the customer would like a refund or replacement, a prepaid postage label will be sent to the customer to return the item. Once the item has been received back, a refund or replacement will be issued.
3) If a customer has received the wrong item, Vape Heaven would require a photo of the item. If a customer wishes to receive a refund or replacement, Vape Heaven will send out a prepaid postage label. Once an item is received back, a full refund or correct replacement will be sent out.
UK up to £10.50 Royal Mail–Vape Heaven will not refund postage costs for items that are returned by customs due to problems getting in touch with the end recipient  Note: reserves the right to any changes to the return policy. Any changes will be updated on our website.
Any sale or promotional items that are sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.


We will refund your order to the original payment method, once it has been processed.


The complete refund process normally takes about 5 working days from the date of confirmation of the refund.
